2. Our Services We are the exclusive distributor for several leading international brands of skincare, personal care, hair care, and makeup products across the GCC. Our services include product distribution, marketing, and training, tailored to the specific needs of each market we operate in.

3. Orders and Distribution

• Placing Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
• Distribution Rights: Your rights to distribute our products will be governed by a separate distribution agreement. These Terms of Use are supplementary to any such agreement.
• Pricing and Payment: Pricing and payment terms will be as set out in our invoices and/or your distribution agreement.

4. Marketing and Brand Standards As our partner, you agree to adhere to the high standards of our brands. In Qatar and Kuwait, where we provide comprehensive marketing support and training, your teams are required to comply with our brand guidelines and training protocols.

5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the products, including trademarks and marketing materials provided by us, remain the property of the respective brand owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of marketing and selling the products as outlined in your distribution agreement.

6. Confidentiality You agree to keep confidential all non-public information we provide to you, including but not limited to pricing, marketing strategies, and product information.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueMed Cosmetics Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
